How much does Careframe cost?
One monthly price per home, set by the number of beds: £129 for 1–3 beds, £179 for 4–6 beds and £229 for 7–10 beds, ex VAT. Everything that is built is included in that price.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. There is no contract, no setup fee and no annual lock-in. You pay monthly and can cancel any time.
Do we pay while we are waiting to be registered?
No. Careframe is free until your home is registered with your regulator, whether that is Ofsted, Care Inspectorate Wales, the Care Inspectorate or RQIA. You can set up staff files, forms and the rest while you wait, and start paying once you are live.
Is there a discount for more than one home?
Yes. Every home you add brings the price down for all of your homes: 10% off each home for 2–3 homes, 15% for 4–6 and 20% for 7 or more. If you run ten or more, talk to us.
Are there per-user fees or paid add-ons?
No. Nothing is sold separately and there are no per-user fees. The Director's view across homes, Inspection ready, the evidence pack and guided set-up are all in the one price.
Is training included?
Running the home and caring for the child are what you pay for today. The wider training side of Careframe is still being built and is not part of the price until it is.
